New Outparcel available for purchase adjacent to brand new Food City Opening late Summer 2024. Note that the City/TDOT has approved a signal at the main intersection, which is now being designed.  The section of road that services the outparcel will become public once completed. Storm water detention quantity is covered by the regional detention basin to the South below the elementary school.  Storm water quality will have to be provided by the developer of the out-parcel.
