The prior tenants had a very beautiful church in the space and so it's completely set up and ready to go for another church. Or similar nonprofit businesses with a little imagination it could also be a small event center as there's ample parking in the parking lot it's on a very busy street so there's plenty of street view with ample signage signage on the monument sign very viewable by the passing traffic.
