Patterson Commerce Center features include an ESFR Sprinkler System, a 7"concrete floor slab, two ground-loading doors, 37 docks, 145 auto parking stalls, 59 trailer stalls, a 185-foot by 240-foot secured truck court, and more.
Patterson Commerce Center is located on Patterson Avenue and Nance Street in Perris, just off the Interstate 215 Freeway, with access to Interstates 10 and 15 and Route 60. The site is also strategically located near the Ontario International Airport with easy access to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, within eight hours of customers in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Perris, California, is one of the fastest-growing industrial areas in the Inland Empire due to the attractive new inventory supply and affordable industrial space.
