The Park Fifth and Trademark complexes are wrapping up construction currently, and will together house approximately 660 luxury residential units. Over 12,000 SF of ground floor retail and restaurant space will be available between the two sites. Park Fifth and Trademark are centrally located between the Financial District and the Historic Core neighborhoods, and directly across from Pershing Square.
