Completed in 1963, the Main Court Building is a 13-story, 188-foot mid-century modern landmark originally built as the headquarters for Western Savings Bank. Designed by Duane Lyman Associates, the building remains a prominent fixture on Buffalo's downtown skyline. With over 162,000 sq. ft. of office space, first-floor retail, and a prime location on Main Street, it continues to reflect its lasting role in the city's commercial and architectural history.
