Soar QSR, the third largest operator of Sonics in the U.S., will sign a 20 year term lease at Close of Escrow (COE). The lease will include 10% rent increases every five years during the base term and at the start of each of the four, 5-year renewal options. Located in Twin Falls, home to an estimated 120,060 residents, the city is well known for its outdoor recreation and proximity to Snake River Canyon and Shoshone Falls.
