There is entry room and one office. In the back of the unit is a kitchen and one bathroom. There is a very large exhaust vent hood in the back of the unit. The bay/garage door is operated with an electronic motor (1 year old) and remote. This warehouse is in a condo, so you will need to do an application with the condo association to be able to rent the unit. Water is included in the rent.
