The Jungle is the center of Wynwood's main entertainment district which has the highest concentration of bars, eateries, and food halls, in addition to a tight concentration of ongoing vertical development. The Jungle was designed with the intent to be the pedestrian block break between 23rd and 24th street with a diagonal flow cross block that encourages pedestrian footfall and gathering through the paseo and center staircase. Wynwood Jungle was the 1st example of a comprehensive adaptive reuse project to this standard in Wynwood's history. The Jungle remains one of the most creative retail new buildings in a dynamic location with the core of the Wynwood Art District.
