The ceiling heights vary between 17’ on ground level to the bottom of the rafters to +/- 11’8” on the 2nd level. The building sits on 8,232 s.f. of land with over 50’ of frontage on Howard Ave. and over 150’ of depth on this basically rectangular lot. The topography slopes from a high point on the north side of the site to a low point on the south side of the site at street grade. Both sides of the building are at grade.
