The ‘Professional Building’ is a historical building in downtown New Rochelle located near the heavily traveled intersection of Huguenot Street and Main Street. It was originally built in 1922 as a professional/medical office building and has remained a predominantly medical building for nearly a century. The building is a short distance away from local restaurants, shops, and the New Rochelle Station. In addition, it offers more than a half-dozen Bee-Line bus routes that pass directly in front or have a stop nearby.
