The full build-out of the community is anticipated by 2035. Encompassing 675 acres, the residential area will introduce approximately 8,300 new dwelling units, designed to accommodate an estimated population of 17,500. Market Street, a central feature of the community, will include a mix of grocery, retail, restaurant, and residential uses.
