This is a commercial building property situated in Gorham, Illinois. The Southern part of Illinois. It is two stories; it was an old retail space or store. The positive aspects of this are that it’s made of brick a good material & it has been standing for many years & should be for many more. I haven’t been there to have it inspected so; it’s sold AS IS. However, I can tell the front facade needs restored.
