Sylvan Supply is a conglomerate of 7 buildings with the earliest dating back to the early 1940's. It has a rich history as a mill, which produced axe handles, dowel rods, and many more supplies. Situated along the railroad tracks adjacent to Sylvan Park in W Nashville. The over 200,000 sq' warehouses are being converted to a Mixed Use Community of creative office, retail and restaurant. Portions of the buildings are being removed to created outdoor spaces, circulation paths, and to bring in natural light.
