The Goodrich Building was designed in 1928 by the architectural firm of F. J. Woerner & Company as part of the Goodyear/Goodrich tire manufacturing company. Comprised of creative office spaces and loft apartments, The Goodrich Building provides tenants irreplicable space with a unique identity.
