Torre Realia BCN is a representative building of the Plaza de Europa Business Area in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
The building was designed by one of the most influential architects in the world, the Japanese Toyo Ito (Pritzker Prize 2013) in collaboration with one of the most renowned national architecture firms, b720 Fermín Vázquez. It forms a unique architectural complex in its union with the Porta Fira hotel. It is the sixth tallest building in the city, 110 meters high and the most representative of the Plaza Europa Business Area, the most important business area in the western part of the city that houses the headquarters of large multinationals, some of them as significant as KPMG, Ericsson, Porcelanosa, Michael Page or Pirelli.
It is an exempt building with 4 floor-to-ceiling glazed facades with a modular curtain wall system between slabs with access adapted to people with reduced mobility.
Torre Realia BCN has been certified with the BREEAM seal, obtaining the “Very Good” level in the Building category (Part 1) and “Excellent” in the Management category (Part 2).
The building has 23 floors above ground (ground + 22), in addition to 3 underground parking floors for a total of 399 parking spaces including parking spaces for electric vehicles.
