From section I.3 of the regulations, see below for the actual text; here is a translation: Ground floor used for commercial activities, excluding prohibited bars and activities that would produce bad odours or noise. "As for the ground floor forming the part whose main entrance is 4040 St-Laurent, it may be used for commercial purposes, excluding bars which are prohibited and excluding businesses or services from which unpleasant odours or noise of any origin would emanate the co-owners of the upper floors could perceive that."
