The building was originally developed by Sasktel as office and a technical centre. In 1983 private ownership took over the property, and in 2015 the building underwent a conversion from office to multi-family residential. The building is now home to 21 units that all meet current building code. The building is located in the Central Business District making is close to downtown and all amenities.
