Resident Offices
Resident office clients enjoy a permanent office located on the 3rd floor of 4030 Wake Forest Road. The offices comprise Suite 300. Offices can either be interior without a window to the outside, or exterior with a window to the outside. The offices range in sizes and prices. Furniture usage, phone answering service and telecommunications (excluding long distance usage), reception services, dedicated mail box, mail & package handling and collection, access to the workroom and the equipment contained therein, 24/7 access to the office, monthly conference room usage, wired and wireless internet, complimentary hot beverages and filtered water, and free, on-site parking are all included in the office rent. Items that incur extra charges are postage, long distance phone calls, copies, faxes, snacks, and administrative support tasks.We are offering one month of free rent with a minimum two year lease for a limited time.
Virtual Offices
Virtual office clients do not have a dedicated office space, but rather allotted time each month for using a day office or conference room. Because they do not have a dedicated space, they get more hours in their monthly allotment of conference room usage. All virtual office plans include mail and package handling. Virtual plans can either use phone and mail service, conference room time and mail service, or a full package plan of phone, conference room time, and mail service. SOME clients pay an additional fee to be able to access the Center after-hours. We have currently suspended this for new Virtual Clients due to COVID-19.
Business Identity/Mail Service Only
Business Identity (or Business ID, Biz ID, Mail Service Only) clients have use of the mailing address, along with mail and package handling. These clients do not have access to the Center after-hours and do not have a dedicated mailbox. They typically do not utilize the copier, fax, or postage meter, and do not get any conference room time. They can use these services ad hoc, and we will invoice them at the next billing cycle. This is where the Administrative Support/Work Order Request form comes in handy to track this information.
