This property is about 1/2 acre of land (with a residential house) located to the west side of Lowe's parking lot. It has all utilities with public water and a private well. It is on a curved street, Victoria Ave, and Briarsdale Rd which has it's own lighted intersection and traffic light to Union Deposit Rd. The site is extremely visible and easy to access. It is the first place at entrance to Lowe's from North and Southbound traffic exits off 83 and it has right in access. This is a "cut off" location - the first place people will go instead of driving into the strip centers. Union Deposit Rd has over 38,000 cars daily with great visibility. I 83 it under construction and being widened to carry over 100,000 cars daily.
