This facility is a business incubator. It's primary function is to locate businesses (new to 3 years old) within the facility and provide the owners and employees with office/manufacturing space, workshops and on-site business counseling. The goal is to teach the owners/employees how to better manage their business and prepare them for long term ownership/success.
