This property is currently permitted as a C&D VRF (construction & demolition volume reduction facility) by CT's Department of Environmental Conservation (DEEP) at 850 tons per day and has an existing internal rail spur that runs through a railport for rail car loading attached to the bigger building. The smallest of the buildings has been used as a "scale house" with a truck weighing scale just outside of it and 2,000 sq.ft of office space.
