The project includes up to approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space distributed among four proposed buildings. The development is located adjacent to Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County near the Interstate 95 and County Road 210 interchange and is part of a larger mixed-use master plan that includes medical, hospitality, multifamily, and senior living components.
