This five-story granite mill building was one of the major catalysts for the 19th century population surge in Ware, Massachusetts. With Berkshire Blanket is recently relocating its corporate offices to Worcester, Ma after 30 years of tenancy; we are opening The Stonemill up to new opportunities for the greater Ware community. We plan to bring in a Tap Room, Art and Ceramic Studios, Photographers, and Working Professionals. Our goal is to build a single location where craftsmen, artist, and working professionals can have a work and social environment steps away from each other; providing workspaces and entertainment together while creating jobs to local residents! We have the entire 2nd floor of office space available for lease, with additional space available if needed.
