Upgrades to exterior include new 6’ fence and gates, new impact roof and insulation, completely painted with electric garage doors, Smart Smoke and CO2 alarms, exterior Smart Security Cameras, 16 SEER 2 ton AC units, and Wi-Fi network available to members. There is a manually operated gate entrance from 3927 Westgate Ave, but for 3931 Westgate Ave only, you will also have a wireless remote to enter the electric gate from Cherokee Ave on the northwest side and a garage door remote to enter your bay if you desire. Our 1,000 sq ft bays have one garage door and the 2,000 sq ft bays have two garage doors.

The rent is $3000 gross per month for the 1,000 sq ft bays and $6,000 gross per month for the 2,000 sq ft bays, which includes electric, water, and Wi-Fi. Your responsibility will be sales tax and tenant insurance for your vehicle and/or contents and any alarm system if so desired.
