This is a 2000 square-foot space that is $2350 per month with a $2000 security deposit. The space is built out as a wellness spa for massage, aesthetician, facials, nails currently. This is a bill to Suite if you want to build out the space. We could also add additional windows on the front of the building that is all negotiable based on the term of lease and capital outlet.
