An engineered site plan conveys with the land — boundary and topographic survey, and designed sewer, water, electrical and driveway connections. Municipal sewer runs in Spring Hill Road with the connection engineered at ±146 LF. Power is designed from an existing vault opposite the site. A commercial well was drilled in 2021 to 165 feet, reported at 16 GPM, not yet in service. C-2 inherits the uses permitted in the C-1 and R-3 districts, several by right rather than by use permit. Confirm permitted use with the City of Mount Shasta.
