Microflex is coming to Hoover:  located off Old Columbiana Road less than one block from US Highway 31.  4 Buildings will consists of 37,000 SF with a total of 30 units from 1,250 SF up to 1,550 SF.  All units will include HVAC, restroom, roll-up door and man door.  Optional add-ons include Loft (300 SF), office or epoxy flooring.  Construction to be completed by January 2026.  Now Pre-Leasing!
