The Shops at Hollywood Park is a dynamic shopping and dining district within the largest urban mixed-use development under construction in the Western United States – Hollywood Park. Located in Inglewood, CA, Hollywood Park is a near 300-acre, world-class sports and entertainment destination being built by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke.
The vibrant, all-day destination, located at the corner of Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard in Inglewood, is already home to Cosm, Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, JD Sports, Phenix Salon Suites, Google Code Next, Iconix Fitness, and The Meeting Spot. Tenants coming soon include: Raising Cane's, Martin's Cocina y Cantina, Lan Noodle, The Melt, Panini Kabob Grill, CoCo Ichibanya, Rhythm Bar and Verizon. The Shops at Hollywood Park are adjacent to 314 brand new residences at The Crosby and The Wesley.
When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a 300-room hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of creative office space and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. SoFi Stadium is the centerpiece of the development and, in addition to being the home of the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, it will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl LXI in 2027, and the Opening Ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics and Paralympics. Together with the adjacent YouTube Theater, the two venues hold over 250 annual events.
