A truly spectacular building on the southwest corner of Euclid and McPherson. Euclid Hall is home to neighborhood giants Left Bank Books and Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and surrounded by other giants like Mission Taco, Pi Pizza, Salt + Smoke, and Up/Down. The second and third floors have small office spaces that many local companies have called home over the years. Euclid Hall is in St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood, one of America’s top ten neighborhoods as awarded by the American Planning Association. The CWE is the densest zip code in Missouri and, within about a mile of its borders, has two large universities (30,000 students), Forest Park (12,000,000 annual visitors), the Cortex Innovation District, and the Barnes Jewish Hospital Campus (25,000 employees). The CWE is further plugged in to the rest of the metro area through St. Louis’ light rail system, the MetroLink. If you are looking for foot traffic, day or night, there is not a better place in Missouri than the Central West End.
