Renovation completion is scheduled for August 2025. Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy at Buyer's sole cost and expense. Seller and Agent make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, zoning, or suitability of the property. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to conduct their own due diligence and investigation concerning all aspects of the property.
