Looking to sublet a portion of warehouse, we have as little as 5000sq available, and as much as 40k sq. Bigger the rentable space, better we can do on the rent per month. Prefer short term sublet, 3 months to a year, but can go longer, or shorter depending on what you need. Also there is an option to add an office.
