Om Management is currently developing an exciting commercial corridor in the fast moving southwestern sector of Delano, a very progressive and development-oriented community in the San Joaquin Valley. Delano is the second largest incorporated city in Kern County with a population of about 57,200 people and the community is located at the northern geographic portion of Kern County. Delano runs along the California State Highway 99, the most traveled vehicular highway route in the entire San Joaquin Valley. There is also an estimated 125,000 population within a 15-mile radius of Delano. This composite population primarily is derived from the eight smaller communities in northern Kern County and southern Tulare County.
