The property consists of a group of high-end metal buildings, which have been fully renovated and some newly built (see below). It is a complex of eight high-standard one- to two-story metal-on-metal buildings (metal exterior walls, metal roof), with a concrete slab foundation. There are both Office and Warehouse areas.
