Whitefriargate is a historic street located in the heart of City Centre and one of the oldest streets in Hull with a rich history dating back several centuries, and with some of the buildings showing Tudor and Georgian style. The area forms part of the Heritage Action Zone for Regeneration for the City with the street running east to west and lined with a mixture of businesses. The premises are located to the west side of the street in close proximity to the former Burtons and Marks & Spencer building, Princes Quay Shopping Centre (which has a multi-storey car park) and is a short walk from the Transport Interchange and other city centre amenities such as Hull City
Hall and Ferens Art Gallery. The location is easily accessible on foot and is a popular area for both locals and visitors.
