New development located in Oakley, a first ring, affluent suburb of Greater Cincinnati. The development is located in the heart of Cincinnati’s Midtown market corridor, a thriving area with a high density of young professionals and a 3-mile density of 108,000 people living in the area and 66,000 people working within the trade area. The planned development is located at the NEC of Madison Road and Kennedy Avenue. Plans call for a retail building of 7,700 SF located adjacent to an 1.7 acre outparcel in front of the Hubbard Radio HQ currently under construction.
