This Building was constructed in 1988 and consists of 35,000 square feet of 2 story fully conditioned office/light lab space, and 63,000 square feet of fully conditioned warehouse light manufacturing space. The Building is constructed of a structural steel frame and clad primarily with brick pre-cast panels with punched windows and some aluminum frame curtain wall. Vertical circulation is provided by several staircases. The building is fully sprinklered with an addressable fire alarm system with remote monitoring. The Building is equipped with a card access entry system that is monitored and controlled by a central security centre. The warehouse/light manufacturing space has ceiling heights between 24'-5" and 31'-7" and is serviced by 8 dock level overhead doors c/w sealers, motion controlled lighting and dock levelers. Gallery
