Broadway is DTLA CHEESE. 307 W. 4th Street lower level was formerly a dance club, with its own stairwell entrance on 4th Street and use of an elevator for ADA access and deliveries. It also has its own restrooms and is separately metered for electricity. 305 W. 4th Street is built-out as small office but easily used for retail as well.
