Starting mid-January 2026, the Association will begin the demolition of all balcony flooring. The buyer will be responsible for replacing the balcony flooring at their own expense. In March 2025, termite activity was identified within the condo. The affected areas were treated, and a follow-up inspection conducted in June 2025 revealed no visible signs of termites.
