Celebration Pointe is a 160-acre, 1.5 million square-foot mixed-use development located in Gainesville, Florida. Anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Dave & Buster’s and a state-of-the-art 10-screen Regal Cinemas. Retailer and restaurant lineup includes Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Palmetto Moon, Skechers, Spurrier’s Grill, Kilwin’s, Miller’s Alehouse, Prime & Earl, and other great brands that shape Gainesville’s retail’s hub with over 2.5 million of sq.ft. of retail. Celebration Pointe has completed Phase I of retail leasing and is fully leased. Phase II of retail leasing is now underway.
