This is a very nice property in the uptown yucaipa right across the street from the performing arts center, Brewcaipa brewing company, Kluddes restuarant and much more. There is very nice tile flooring as well as cabinetry with a sink. The unit also has it's own private bathroom. There is parking in the front of the building on the blvd but there is also access to plenty of private parking spots in the back.
