Laird Industrial Park is located east of Highway 403, south of The Collegeway and north of Dundas Street West. The industrial complex consists of 17 single storey buildings containing approximately 1,143,886 square feet, on a site of approximately 65.61 acres. There is surface parking for approximately 1,984 cars. The buildings were constructed in phases between 1995 and 2005.
