This new 44,967 SF cold storage facility is currently under construction and will feature a minimum 40 foot clear heights, 6 loading docks, insulated metal panel "IMP" construction with freezer and/or cooler capability, a refrigeration plant - package systems / synthetic freon. In addition, the facility will offer -10° to 55° with 45° cold dock, glycol floor system, and up to 5,500 pallet positions.
