Seller is willing to consider a short-term leaseback of approximately 6–9 months following closing, providing interim income and allowing a purchaser time to plan for future occupancy, leasing, or repositioning. Existing FF&E and select retail fixtures may also be available separately, providing an incoming user the opportunity to substantially reduce buildout costs and time to occupancy.
