Embassy Suites Chattanooga Downtown is a 184-key hotel opening in Summer 2025. Vision Hospitality seeks a restaurant operator to lease 2,400 SF on the hotel's ground floor. The space has its own entrance and a large 1,300 SF patio between the hotel and the movie theatre. This hotel is in the heart of the tourist district at one of the busiest intersections in Downtown, and adjacent to the CBD.
