Located in the popular Brooklyn neighborhood, the property is only two blocks south of Powell Street and has off-street parking. Similar to other southeast Portland neighborhoods, Brooklyn has a mix of everything. The neighborhood has plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants but the southern section is more industrial. Tri-Met is stationed in Brooklyn, as are several industrial trainyards. Brooklyn is also home to one of the oldest train roundhouses on the west coast.
