With interior spaces that can be opened to 20 foot clear height, the Innovation Center provides some of the most flexible space in the Purdue Research Park and West Lafayette. The facility includes uses such as professional office, laboratories and warehousing. Currently there is 10,000 SF completely fitted with 100 seats of system furniture, training rooms and private office suites. With access to nearby childcare, restaurants, trail systems and a fitness center the Innovation Center is perfectly placed. Additionally, as a citizen of the Purdue Research Park, special access is granted to your company to many of the amenities of the Park. This includes access to conference spaces from 4 people to 300 people, entrepreneurial and civic events, and potential relationships with Purdue University.
