A Historical Spiritual Landmark located in Downtown Topeka, Kansas. Built in 1892, with many updates done to this building, most recently in 2019. Most recently a church, but has great potential and plenty of parking for a multi-family building. This building was also the place that the Father of Pentecostalism, Charles Parham, opened his Bethel Healing Home from 1898 through 1900. He is well known for what happened in Topeka on January 1, 1901, with the Outpouring of the Spirit that changed the world church globally. Starting July 1, 2025 state historical tax credits will be 40% state and 20% federal.
