Fitness Wellness Center. Large floor space for yoga, pilates, martial arts training. The space was formerly a country dining resterant. Complete with kitchen for meal prep, a bar for Herbal Teas or Smoothies, private room could be used for nutrition consulting, acupuncture, etc. There is a separate space that is also available for rent that is already equipped with pull up rig, cable machine, some free weights and benches, 1 bike, 1 rower, 1 Assault Runner. Next door is already a Dance Studio for young Children. Would love to see an adult fitness center or martial studio as we do not have either of those in the area.
