The Innovation and Research Park is a fertile environment for collaboration and creativity among academic and industry scientists, innovators and entrepreneurs. The 100,000 square feet of laboratory and office space encourages interaction, the free exchange of ideas and a sharing of expertise and scientific tools. Two-thirds of Building 1 are allocated to Rosalind Franklin University research labs, while the remaining space and the Phase II building are available to industries and startups. Each floor includes a shared “collision space” to facilitate conversation and collaboration between researchers and industry.
