The Parker Metal Building is a newly renovated, 50,000 square foot historic manufacturing building located on the western edge of Federal Hill, close to M & T Bank Stadium. The building pairs attractive original features including heavy timber beams, exposed brick interiors and expansive windows with significant new architectural elements along with state-of–the-art mechanical, electrical and lighting systems. Originally built in 1920 for the Parker Metal Decorating Company, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
